The Big 95 Triples "Addiction"

SO, my buddy skibbs was in need of a sled, and he didnt want to spend a lot of money. I happend to find him this 92 XCR 440 with an M-10 rear suspension for $700 bucks. Not a bad deal since the suspension is so nice.

SO here are some of the things we did to make it better.

* The first thing we did was find a new windshield since it didnt come with one. So we picked up one on ebay for real cheap.

* The next thing we did was find a new seat since the one on it was full of rips and tears. We found one on ebay for like $55 bucks.

As you can see, the original seat is in the background, with many rips and tears. The new seat is really nice.

* As we dugg deeper into the sled we found that the clutch was shot so we got a rebiuld kit and put that in...also we put in different weights (compensated a little top end) but it should pull a lot nicer out of the hole.

* The next thing we did was put a new hood on since the original one was all cracked and stuff. We used a spare hood and nose cone that I has around the house (off a 95 XLT). He painted it all white for now since we dont have time to do much else before our trip.
