Well even though I haven't worked that much on the sled this summer I finally got around to fixing the brakes and some other maintence. Found out that a bearing wore down on my jackshaft and did little damage. Both bearings were sieze to the shafts but with a little pursuasion came out nicely. Here are some pics of what going on.
